Akt. Project Management draws on over 30 years of experience to provide independent project management and property advisory services to tenants, owners and investors.
Our expertise spans corporate office fit-outs, portfolio management advisory services, including the delivery of property development projects, and management of building upgrades and refurbishments across all sectors.
Our story
While Akt. Project Management is only five years young, our DNA is based on director Robert Sloan’s previous successful business Volo Projects, as well as his experience as divisional manager at the State Library of Victoria and director of a number of national project service providers in Jones Lang LaSalle, Meinhardt Engineers and Colliers International. All of which were preceded by 12 years of practice as a registered architect.
In the combined four years as Volo Projects, and 5 years of Akt. Project Management, our project leadership has been provided on more than 85 market leading projects, resulting in a national footprint of over 750,000 sq.m. spanning across corporate real estate, industrial, education, healthcare, government and retail market sectors.
Clients included Metricon Homes, Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP), City Of Greater Geelong, David Jones/Country Road Group, MYOB, JB HIFI/The Good Guys, Lake Imaging, Meile, BlueScope Steel and Catch Of The Day.

- WHS&E Management System benchmarked under ISO 45001.
Akt. Project Management is fully certified under the Victorian Government’s Construction Supplier Register (CSR) for project management and contract management services (reg no. 903388).
